At Vital Mailings we understand the needs of our clients and appreciate that not all mail requirements are straight forward. We have therefore invested in the most up to date equipment  and call on our team of experts to carefully and efficiently pack any necessary requirements by hand.

The equipment that we have here at Vital Mailings include three ink jet printers that enable us to print low to high volumes in no time at all.  The ink jet printer also enables us to print logos, return addresses and PPI.  We also have here various laser jet printers that enable us to mail merge names and addresses on to a letter, alternatively the address could be printed directly onto the envelope, card or carrier sheet.

Along side the inkjet and laser printers we have folder inserter machines that are able to take up to four documents into a D/L or C5 envelope.  These machines are fast and reliable and come highly recommended by others in the mailing industry.  Our dedictated and friendly team take care of all the C4 fulfillment ensuring that we provide the most efficient and personal service. 

Vital Mailings understands that not all inserts are suited to a paper envelope such as brochures and magazines, therefore we are able to offer the service of polywrapping. 

Here at Vital Mailings we are also able to source your envelopes and arrange to have them pre printed with your company details.

Vital Mailings is based in Tunbridge Wells about 10 minutes from junction 5 on the M25. Our location gives us  low overheads as well as excellent transport links.  We can also arrange for a free pick up service if you are located in the Tunbridge Wells area.
